Miami and Canoeing in 2016

 Hi everyone! Prerana here, and I want to tell you about my trip to Miami and the fun canoeing adventure I had in 2016.

Fun in Miami

Miami was so vibrant and full of life. We spent time on the beautiful beaches with golden sand and clear blue water. I loved building sandcastles and playing in the waves. We also went to a fun street called Ocean Drive, which was full of colorful buildings, music, and delicious food.





Canoeing Adventure

One of the most exciting things we did was canoeing. We went to a place with calm waters and lots of mangroves. Canoeing was so much fun! It was my first time, and I learned how to paddle. We saw lots of fish and even a few turtles. It was a bit tiring but totally worth it. I felt like an explorer paddling through the mangroves.

I of course love the East Coast, but living in North Carolina can get pretty boring. Now this is why a trip to the complete opposite of the country excited me: drier temperatures, mimics of famous locations (Eiffel Tower, New York, etc), canyons, and much more.
